Contacts & Lists

Know the business, and the people inside it.

Keep decision makers, owners and colleagues attached to the company and work they belong to. Then build focused lists for the next action without creating another copy of the data.

One record, many useful views

Organise the work without fragmenting the customer.

Lists shape how a team works a set of records. They do not create disconnected spreadsheets that go stale.

People, properly modelled

Several contacts can sit at one company, each with their own role and verified details.

Purpose-built lists

Start from a template or build from scratch for renewals, events, quotes or any repeatable process.

The right layout

Use a dense table for review or a pipeline when records need to move through stages.

Always connected

Calls, emails, deals and tasks keep pointing to the same person and company underneath.

Questions answered

About contacts and lists.

What is the difference between a lead and a contact?

A lead is the business opportunity you may work. A contact is a person at that business. One company can have several people with different roles, details and relationships to the work.

What are Lists?

Lists are reusable workspaces built from records already in Bloc CRM. Choose the fields, filters and sorting, then work them as a table or a pipeline without copying the underlying data.

Can I create my own fields?

Yes. A list can carry the fields needed for that process, while the person, business and deal remain linked to their original records.

Can a person belong to several lists?

Yes. Adding a person to another list does not duplicate them. Updates continue to appear wherever that same record is used.
