Pipeline & Deals

A board that matches how the work moves.

Enquiry, survey, quote, booked, done. Your stages, not a software funnel. With the value on the card, the owner on the card, and a warning on anything that has gone quiet.

The board

Everything you need to decide what to do next.

Column totals at the top, money on the card, owner on the card, and the ones that have stalled marked before they become last quarter's problem.

Your stages

Defined per pipeline, per workspace. Run new business and renewals side by side without forcing one into the other's shape.

Stale deals surface

Set the number of days that counts as too long. Anything past it is marked on the board, not buried in a report.

A forecast that is honest

Deals with no value are shown as such rather than quietly excluded. A forecast you can trust is worth more than one that flatters.

From lead to deal

Twenty leads become twenty deals in one action.

Select the rows that are worth pursuing and create the deals from them. The verification status, the source and the history come across with each one, so the board starts with context rather than a name.

  • Bulk creation straight from the leads table
  • Source and verification carried onto the deal
  • Owners assigned in the same step
  • The lead's call and email history stays attached

One deal, in full

Everything that happened, in the order it happened.

The board is how a deal is glanced at. This is the same deal at its own address, for the visits that are reading: the value and the weighted figure, the contact with their details already verified, and a history that names who did each thing, including the assistant.

  • Value, stage probability and the weighted figure it produces
  • Calls, emails, notes, tasks and stage moves in one timeline
  • Automatic entries attributed, so nothing in the history is anonymous
  • Its own link, so a colleague can be sent the deal rather than the board

Notes

Four engineers plus Daniel. Enquiries currently arrive in three places, quotes live in a spreadsheet. Two jobs lost in June to missed follow-ups.

Nothing left hanging

A stage change that raises the work it implies.

Moving a deal is rarely the whole job. Tasks raised against a deal show up on the workspace task list too, so a follow-up does not only live inside one card, and overdue is counted in red rather than left to be noticed.

  • Tasks against the deal, visible on the shared list with their context
  • Assignee, deadline and the deal they came from on every row
  • Overdue counted in the header and in the sidebar
  • Stage rules that move a deal on when the trigger happens

For the team

Who holds what, and who is carrying too much.

Ownership

Every deal has an owner, visible on the card. Reassign in bulk when a patch changes hands.

Shared by default

Everyone in the workspace sees the same board and the same history. Nothing important lives in one person's head.

Analytics per pipeline

Conversion by stage, average age, win rate, for the pipeline you are looking at, not a blend of all of them.

Questions answered

About pipelines and deals.

Can I change the stages?

Yes. Stages are defined per pipeline and per workspace, so a roofing firm running enquiry, survey, quote, booked, done is not forced into a software sales funnel. You can run more than one pipeline side by side, new business and renewals being the usual pair.

What happens to a deal nobody has touched?

You set how many days counts as too long, and the board marks anything past it. The card gains a warning border and an idle count, so quiet deals surface on the board rather than waiting to be noticed at the end of the quarter.

Does a deal without a value still show?

Yes, and the card says so. A deal with no value contributes nothing to the forecast, and hiding that fact makes the forecast look better than it is, so the board states it plainly instead.

Can several people work the same pipeline?

Yes. Deals carry an owner, the board shows who holds what, and everyone in the workspace sees the same history. Ownership can be reassigned in bulk when someone leaves or a patch changes hands.

Can I see it as a table rather than a board?

Yes. The same deals, the same filters, in a sortable table with the columns you choose. Boards are better for moving work along; tables are better for a Monday review.

Put this quarter's work on a board.

Set your stages, import your leads, and see the whole thing in one view within the hour.
