Deals at risk this week

Which deals are at risk this week, and why?

Three deals need you today.

Rowan Tree Landscaping [S1] has had no reply for twelve days and its close date passed on Tuesday. The last thing sent was the estate grounds quote at $12,900.

Ashcombe Removals [S2] has been idle for eleven days. The only contact attempt since the search was a call nobody answered.

Northgate Electrical [S3] is live but waiting: the co-director asked for phased pricing on Tuesday and nothing has gone back.

Why this one is different

Most AI in a CRM writes copy. This one reads your business.

A chatbot bolted to a contact list can rewrite an email. It cannot tell you which quote has gone quiet, because it has never seen the quote.

Grounded in your records

Leads, deals, tasks, notes, email, calls, meetings and the calendar. The answer is assembled from what is actually in the workspace, not from a general impression of your industry.

Cited, every time

Each claim carries a marker, and the sources are listed under the answer so you can open the record and check it. No citation, no claim.

Asks before it acts

Tasks, notes, deal updates and email drafts arrive as proposals with the exact content shown. Approve, edit or deny.

Your model, your account

Connect Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek or Kimi and pick the model per conversation. The provider bills you directly.

The morning brief

What needs you today, written before you sit down.

A short summary of the state of play, assembled from overdue tasks, stalled deals, flagged email and the meetings in front of you. Each signal names the record it came from, so the brief is a set of links rather than a paragraph of vibes.

  • Deals that have gone quiet past the threshold you set
  • Quotes and replies waiting on someone, with how long they have waited
  • The next meeting, and a one-click prompt to prepare for it
  • Sits on the dashboard rather than in a separate place to check

Proposals

It offers. You decide.

An assistant with write access to your pipeline is a liability unless every write is visible first. Bloc AI shows the exact payload it intends to save, in a card with three buttons, and the edit button opens it before anything happens.

  • Tasks, notes, deal updates, email drafts and workflow drafts
  • The full content shown, not a summary of what it will do
  • Editable before approval, so a nearly-right suggestion is still useful
  • Approved changes appear in the deal history attributed to the assistant

Chat, Reasoner

Any provider that speaks the OpenAI-compatible protocol can be added, including a model you host yourself.

And the other direction

Point your own assistant at the workspace.

Bloc CRM speaks the Model Context Protocol, so the assistant you already use can work your leads directly, under a key you issue and can revoke.

Real tools, not a scrape

Find leads, run a search, check its progress, list and filter records, export a selection. The same operations the interface uses.

Scoped keys

Each key is issued for one workspace with the permissions you choose, and shows its last use so a forgotten key is easy to spot and revoke.

Visible afterwards

Anything done through a key is attributed to it in the record history, so automated work is never anonymous.

Questions answered

About the assistant, and what it may do.

The honest answers, including the limits.

What can Bloc AI actually see?

The workspace you are in, and only the parts of it your own account may reach. It reads leads, deals, tasks, notes, email, calls, meeting recordings and your calendar to answer a question, and it cannot see another workspace even if you belong to one.

Does it make changes on its own?

No. Anything that would write to the workspace, a task, a note, a deal update, an email draft, arrives as a proposal showing the exact content. You approve it, edit it first, or deny it. Nothing is saved until you say so.

How do I know an answer is true?

Every answer cites the records it was drawn from, marked in the text and listed underneath, so you can open the deal or the call it is describing. An assistant that cannot show its working is one you have to take on trust, and a sales figure is not something to take on trust.

Whose AI model is used?

Yours. You connect an account with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek or Kimi, and choose the model per conversation. The key is stored encrypted in your workspace and the usage is billed by that provider to you, so there is no per-message markup here.

Is my data used to train a model?

Not by us. Your workspace content is yours, it is not sold, and it is not used to train models serving anyone else. What is sent to the model provider you connected is governed by the terms of the account you connected, which you control.

Can other people see my chats?

No. Conversations are private to the person who wrote them, even inside a shared workspace. What the assistant can reach still follows your workspace permissions, so a private chat does not become a way around them.

Can I use my own AI tools against Bloc CRM instead?

Yes. Bloc CRM exposes a Model Context Protocol connection, so an assistant you already use can search leads, run a search, read a pipeline and export a list, under a scoped key you issue and can revoke.

Ask it something you cannot answer yourself.

Connect a model, load a month of work, and ask which deals are slipping. If the citations do not hold up, you have lost an afternoon and nothing else.
