Following our call, here is the rewire schedule for the three Leeds sites, with the compliance certificates attached.

Thanks for taking the call. I saw you picked up three commercial jobs through Matchouse last month. How are you handling the paperwork side of that?

From hello to handoff
What a recorded call is actually worth.
A recording nobody listens to is an archive. The value is in what the call changes: the record, the pipeline, and the next thing you do.
Every call, every detail
Recorded, transcribed and logged against the record automatically. No bot to invite, no file to upload afterwards.
Signals, not just words
Budget holder, timing, stated pain and seat count picked out and pinned where the next person will see them.
Context that acts
Tasks created, deals moved, emails drafted. The call ends with the work already started rather than a note saying it should be.
One conversation, four outcomes
What happens between hello and the next task.
01 · Dial
From the record, not from your phone
The number is already verified, so the call connects. Ring straight from the row, without copying a number into a handset and without leaving the record you are looking at.

02 · Capture
Filed the moment it ends
The call joins the log with its outcome, its sentiment and whether anyone has read the transcript, all on the row. Twenty-five calls can be triaged from one screen instead of twenty-five pages.

Thanks Priya. My co-director wants to see the phasing before we sign. Could you send the second-quarter option too?
Of course, both options are in the revised quote. I have provisionally held the crew for w/c 8 September.

Insight templates
Ask every call the same questions.
A template runs against each conversation of a type and fills the same fields every time: budget holder, timeline, competitors, objections, next step. Twelve discovery calls stop being twelve recordings and become a table you can sort.
- Fields you define, extracted from the transcript
- The same templates applied to recorded meetings
- Comparable across the workspace, so patterns show up
- Search covers what was said, not only who was called

Coaching
See how the team actually sells.
Talk ratio, the questions that landed and the objections that did not get answered, visible per person and per deal, so a quiet quarter has an explanation rather than a theory.
- Talk ratio and question count per representative
- Objections grouped across calls, so patterns show up
- Clip any moment and share it inside the workspace
- New starters listen to the calls that won, not the ones that were long
Deals at risk this week
Three deals need you today.
Rowan Tree Landscaping [S1] has had no reply for twelve days and its close date passed on Tuesday. The last thing sent was the estate grounds quote at $12,900.
Ashcombe Removals [S2] has been idle for eleven days. The only contact attempt since the search was a call nobody answered.
Northgate Electrical [S3] is live but waiting: the co-director asked for phased pricing on Tuesday and nothing has gone back.

The details
Things that matter once you use it daily.
Your provider
Twilio and Dialpad connect today; the design takes further providers without a rebuild.
Multiple languages
Transcribed in the language spoken, summarised in the one your workspace uses.
Clips
Share the important ninety seconds instead of the whole forty minutes.
Retention you set
Audio and transcript deleted together when the period you chose runs out.
A note on recording calls. In the UK you may record a call for your own records, but sharing it, including inside your own team, generally requires the other party to be informed. Bloc CRM plays an announcement at the start of every call by default, and we would strongly encourage you to leave it on.
Questions answered
About calls, recordings and privacy.
Do I need a separate dialler?
No. Bloc CRM connects to the telephony you already pay for and dials from the record itself. Twilio and Dialpad are supported today, and the connection is built so that further providers can be added without changing how the screen works.
Is the other person told they are being recorded?
Yes. An announcement can be played at the start of every call, and it is on by default. Recording without informing the other party is unlawful in most circumstances in the UK when the recording will be shared beyond the call, so the setting exists but the default is the safe one.
How long are recordings and transcripts kept?
For as long as you choose. Retention is set per workspace, defaults to 90 days, and applies to both the audio and the transcript. When the period ends, both are deleted rather than archived.
What exactly gets written back to the record?
A summary of the outcome, the signals detected (budget holder, timing, stated pain, seat count) and any tasks or stage changes those imply. Each is shown to you before it is applied, so nothing changes your pipeline without you seeing it.
Does it work in languages other than English?
Yes. Transcription handles the major European languages, and the summary is written back in the workspace's own language, so a call taken in Polish still leaves an English summary on the deal if that is how your team works.
Can I share part of a call with a colleague?
Yes. Any section of a call can be clipped and shared inside the workspace, which is usually more useful than sending someone forty minutes of audio and asking them to find the important minute.
Make the next call the last one you write up.
Connect your number, ring a lead, and see what lands on the deal by the time you hang up.
