What it answers
Not a wall of widgets to configure. The figures a service business actually runs on, arranged so the period and the present are never confused.
Leads found, searches run and calls logged over the window, each against the same length of time before it.
Open pipeline at face value and weighted by stage, with the count of deals and the pipeline they sit in.
Won value against the previous period, and a win rate that states how many were lost rather than quietly omitting them.
Deals open and won by owner, so a quiet week is visible while there is still time to do something about it.
Pipeline by stage
Value by stage, with the weighted figure beside it, drawn from the same board your team drags cards across. A stage bulging with quotes nobody has chased is a different problem from a thin top of funnel, and the chart tells you which one you have.

Mentions, task assignments and deal movement arrive live rather than sitting in a report until somebody opens it. Overdue work is counted in red in the sidebar, because an overdue task is a failure and should be coloured as one.

Not a fallback. It is how the values stay reachable for anyone the colours or the hover do not work for.
Figures are scoped to the workspace you are in. Nothing from another one is counted, averaged in or leaked through a total.
CSV for the accountant, an API key for your own tools, and a Model Context Protocol connection for your assistant.
Questions answered
Every stage carries a probability, and the forecast is the open pipeline weighted by it. A deal sitting at Quoted with a forty per cent stage probability contributes forty per cent of its value. You set the probabilities per stage, so the number reflects how your business really converts rather than a supplier's default.
Because half of them describe a period and half describe this moment. Leads found and calls made happened in the last thirty days; open pipeline and overdue tasks are true right now. Running them into one grid invites reading an open pipeline figure as something that happened during the window, which would be wrong.
Yes. Every chart has a table view holding the same numbers, so no figure on the page is locked behind a pointer. That matters for anyone using a keyboard or a screen reader, and for anyone reading the page on a phone.
The same length of time immediately before the window you are looking at. Choose thirty days and the arrow compares with the thirty days before that. Where there was nothing before, it says 'new' rather than showing a percentage against zero, which would read as a doubling.
Everyone in the workspace sees the workspace's figures, including the owner leaderboard. What a person may reach is still governed by their role, and nothing from another workspace ever appears, even for someone who belongs to both.
Yes. Lists export to CSV with the columns you have chosen, and the API and Model Context Protocol connection give your own tools the same data without a copy leaving the workspace by hand.
Run a search, work a week of leads, and the dashboard fills itself in. There is nothing to configure first.
