About plans and billing.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it includes lead searching rather than holding it back, because searching is the part that tells you whether Bloc CRM is useful for your trade and your area. One user, one pipeline, up to 250 leads stored.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day Pro trial starts without payment details. If you do nothing at the end of it, the workspace drops to the free plan rather than being closed.
How is it billed?
Per user, per month, in US dollars, with any sales tax or VAT added where local rules require it. Annual billing is available at a discount, and you can move between plans at any time, and changes are prorated.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own sign-in on the workspace. People who only receive email from you, and customers, are not users.
Are call recordings charged separately?
Call intelligence is included in Pro and Team. The telephony itself is billed by whichever provider you connect. You use your own account, and we do not mark it up.
Is the AI assistant an extra?
Bloc AI is included in Pro and Team, and there is no per-message charge here. You connect your own account with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek or Kimi, and that provider bills you for the usage at their own rates. The same applies to meeting recordings, which come from the Zoom, Teams or Google account you already hold.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time and on every plan above Free, as CSV, with your columns and the verification status included. Your data remains yours.
What happens if I cancel?
The workspace stays open on the free plan and your data stays available. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying.
